Surviving psychosis and a traumatic event can be very hard and difficult to deal with. Usually, victims of accidents and abuse who survive carry enormous feelings of guilt, and I am one of them. I am grateful to my psychiatrist and my therapist for helping me deal with all this, they have helped me through these years of recovery. I am also grateful to the mental hospital that treated me during my moments of crisis.

The next couple of links are articles that helped me a lot to deal with everything I feel.

Please keep in mind that if this worked for me, it doesn’t mean it should work for you. Everyone is different and that’s okay! I’ve been in recovery for over three years and still have a long way to go.
